血清生长分化因子-15与慢性心力衰竭患者的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的对血清生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)与慢性心力衰竭患者的相关性进行研究分析。方法以我院2016年7月-2017年9月诊治的120例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究组,另外选择同期100例无健康患者作为对照组,患者入院后测定其GDF-15水平,氨基末端脑钠肽前体值(NT-proBNP),进行常规的抗心衰治疗,采用ROC方法对患者的血清GDF-15水平与不良事件之间的关系进行分析。结果研究组患者的血清GDF-15水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者血清GDF-15水平和NT-proBNP、心功能分级间呈正相关(r=0.689,P<0.05);伴随着组患者的血清GDF-15水平的升高,不良时间发生率显著升高(P<0.05);GDF-15与NT-proBNP在预测患者心血管疾病死亡、不良事件风险差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合2者同时进行预测效果优于单独检测其中一种水平(P<0.05)。结论检测血清GDF-15对于提升慢性心理衰竭患者的预后效果具有十分重要的意义,应进一步进行研究。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between GDF-15 and chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic heart failure(CHD) treated in our hospital from July 2016 to September 2017 were enrolled as the study group, and another 100 non-healthy patients were selected as the control group during the same period. After admission, GDF-15 level and NT-pro BNP level were determined. Methods The level of serum GDF-15 and adverse events were compared. Results The level of serum GDF-15 in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum GDF-15 and NT-pro BNP showed positive relation to heart function grading(r=0.689, P<0.05). With the increase of serum GDF-15 level, the incidence of adverse events increased significantly(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the risk of CVD-15 and NT-pro BNP between the two groups(P>0.05). The combination of NT-pro BNP and CVD was superior to that of NT-pro BNP alone(P<0.05). Conclusion Detection of serum GDF-15 is very important to improve the prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure.
