【摘要】 风险监控是风险管理的重要组成部分。通过构建安全风险监控体系,可以及时准确地了解出口食用农产品的安全风险状况和变化趋势,并制定科学的应对措施,实施风险管理,进而有效地降低风险,确保食用农产品的出口安全。厦门出入境检验检疫局以实际工作中的问题为导向,结合出口蜜柚的产品特点、种植管理现状,分析评估了出口蜜柚的风险状况,进而尝试构建了出口蜜柚的安全风险监控体系,有效提高出口蜜柚的质量安全,保障了地方特色农产品的顺利出口。更多还原

【Abstract】 Risk monitoring is one important step in the system of risks management. Base on the biological character of pomelo,the factual condition of planting management and the plant quarantine requirements for pomelo of European Union,we try to construct the risk monitoring system of the exported pomelo. Though monitoring risks and analysising those risks,we can catch the condition of safety and the tendency of the risk changing of exported pomelo. And then we are adopting some measues to control the risk of exported pomelo and achieving the safety of exported pomelo.更多还原
