【摘要】 [目的/意义]"互联网+"时代城市图书馆跨界服务是图书馆行业发展的必然趋势,如何加快推进城市图书馆跨界服务发展,利用跨界服务的优势来推进我国图书馆事业的发展成为重要议题。[方法/过程]从跨界服务与产业融合视角对城市图书馆跨界服务的特点进行分析,提出由城市图书馆主导的多维联合跨界服务系统结构模型,并对其运行模式进行设计。[结果/结论]提升城市图书馆多维联合跨界服务能力,除得益于跨界服务系统内部各要素间的交互作用外,还得益于系统成长机制、共享机制、竞合机制和协调机制的正常运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/Meaning] In the "Internet+"era,cross-border services for the urban library are overwhelming in the development of the library industry,so how to accelerate and take advantage of them to promote China’ s development of library cause will become an important issue. [Mthod/Process] This paper,from the perspective of cross-border services and industrial convergence,making an analysis on the characteristics of cross-border services for the city library,advanced a structural model for multi-dimensional joint cross-border services system dominated by the city library and designed its operating model. [Consequence/Conclusion] It was found that not only interaction between all the elements within the cross-border services system but also their normal operating of growth mechanism,sharing mechanism,competition mechanism and coordination mechanism could improve multi-dimensional joint cross-border services capabilities for the city library.更多还原
