【摘要】 借助危机管理中的生命周期阶段论,研究了突发公共事件的网络舆情演化规律,构建了由酝酿阶段、爆发阶段、扩散阶段、反复阶段、消退阶段、长尾阶段构成的突发公共事件网络舆情发展生命周期"六阶段"模型。基于该模型,通过对突发公共事件典型案例分析,探究了政府应对能力指标在突发公共事件网络舆情生命周期中的演化态势,为政府提升应对网络舆情的能力提供了理论借鉴和指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to life cycle stage theory in crisis management,the evolution stage under the network public opinions was analyzed. And a novel evolution model for the network public opinions in public emergencies was built,which consisting of brewing stage,outbreak stage,diffusion stage,repeated stage,regression stage and long tail stage, and deeply analyzed its characteristics. Based on the typical case analysis of public emergencies,the government’ s response capability and its evolution situation were explored. The empirical results would provide theoretical implications and technical supports for the public opinion guidance.更多还原
