【摘要】 目的了解肾移植受者免疫抑制药物治疗满意度的现状,并探讨影响肾移植受者药物治疗满意度的相关因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取在某三级甲等综合医院移植随访门诊的218例肾移植受者作为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、药物治疗满意度量表进行调查。结果肾移植受者对接受免疫抑制药物治疗的总满意度为75.23%,其他维度满意度由高到低分别是药物效力满意度(98.62%)、整体满意度(95.87%)、使用便利满意度(91.74%)、副作用满意度(27.52%),得分分别为:66.67(66.67,75.00)分,66.67(58.33,66.67)分,66.67(55.56,66.67)分,75.00(58.33,100.00)分。不同性别、体重指数、经济负担、移植术后时间的受者,其药物治疗满意度量表得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾移植受者药物治疗满意度呈中等略偏上水平,药物副作用满意度最低。医护人员应根据受者的性别、体重指数、经济负担、移植术后时间,采取针对性的干预措施,以提高其药物治疗满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the satisfaction of kidney transplant recipients with immunosuppressive medication treatment and analyze its associated factors. Method A convenience sampling was used to select 218 kidney transplant recipients from a general hospital in Guangzhou for the survey by the general information questionnaire and the treatment satisfaction questionnaire for medication(TQSM). Results 75.23% of the kidney transplant recipients were satisfied with immunosuppressive medication therapy.The domains of satisfaction rate from high to low were effectiveness, global satisfaction, convenience and side effects. The domains scores were 66.67(66.67, 75.00), 66.67(58.33, 66.67), 66.67(55.56, 66.67), 75.00(58.33, 100.00), respectively. The patients with different gender, body mass index, economic burden and post-transplant time were of significant importance in drug treatment satisfaction( P <0.05). Conclusions The satisfaction of kidney transplant recipients with immunosuppressant treatment was slightly above the middle level, and their satisfaction in the side effects is at the lowest level. Health service providers should take targeted interventions to improve patient’s drug treatment according to their gender, body mass index, economic burden and post-transplant time.更多还原
