【摘要】 目的探讨半坐卧位在肱骨近端骨折内固定术中应用效果。方法采用历史对照的研究方法 ,将2012年11月-2015年11月在本院住院的行肱骨近端骨折内固定手术患者30例设为观察组,术中采取半坐卧位;将2010年1月-2012年10月在本院住院行肱骨近端骨折内固定手术患者30例设为对照组,术中采取仰卧位,比较两组患者体位摆放时间、手术时间和影像透视次数及压疮发生率的差异。结果观察组患者手术时间较对照组短;影像透视次数少于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术体位摆放时间和压疮发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肱骨近端骨折内固定术中取半坐卧位,可缩短手术时间,减少影像效果不佳带来的影响,从而保证手术顺利完成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of semi-Fowler’s position on internal fixation of proximal humeral fractures.Methods 30 cases of internal fixation of proximal humerus fracture in our hospital during January 2010 and October 2012 were set up as control group, where the supine position was taken during the internal fixation, and another 30 patients hospitalized between November 2012 and January 2015 were set as the observation group, where the semi-Fowler’s position was used during the operation.The two groups were compared in terns if time of placement, operation duration, times for X-ray examination, incidence of pressure ulcers and incidence of pressure sore. Results The operation duration in the observation group were statistically significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the times for X-ray examination was less than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of pressure sores between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion The semi-Fowler’s position during the internal fixation of the proximal humerus fracture can shorten the placement time and the operation time, reduce the effect by the poor imaging, and ensure the successful completion of the operation.更多还原
