考虑轴承支撑刚度和齿轮轴变形的内啮合齿廓修形研究
Research on modification for internal gear profile considering support stiffness and gear axis deformation
【摘要】 针对重载内啮合齿轮,先开展了内齿轮当量齿形的推导,分析了轴承支撑刚度和轴弹性变形对啮合位置的影响情况,对石川修形公式进行了修正,获得了齿廓最大修形量计算公式。最后,通过编写VC计算程序,以93E型风电变桨减速箱输出轴齿轮为例,对其进行修形设计。通过数值仿真分析和开展台架试验,对齿廓修形效果进行了验证。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the heavy load internal meshing gear,the equivalent tooth profile of internal gear was derived,and the influence of support stiffness and axial elastic deformation on the meshing position was analyzed. Then the Ishikawa formula was corrected,and the formula for calculating the maximum modification of tooth profile was obtained. Finally taking the output shaft gear of 93 E Wind turbine pitch reducer as an example,the tooth profile was modified by writing VC program. The effect of the modified gear was verified by simulation analysis and bench test.
