两臂一篮式钢拱架安装机研究及有限元分析
Design and finite element analysis of two arms and one basket type steel arch installation machine
【摘要】 为解决我国隧道钢拱架安装过程中出现强度大、效率低、质量差、安全性隐患等问题,实现钢拱架的机械化安装,研发一种专用钢拱架安装设备具有重要意义。利用Creo3.0对拱架安装机关键零部件进行了三维建模,并通过Hyperworks对某些关键零部件进行了应力应变分析,确保所设计零部件的力学性能满足相应的工作条件,为拱架安装机提供了重要的设计依据。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of high strength,low efficiency,poor quality and safety risks during the installation process of steel arch in tunnel,it is of great significance to develop a special steel arch installation equipment. Three-dimensional models of the key components of arch installation machine were built using Creo3. 0. The stress and strain analysis of some key components was carried by Hyperworks to ensure that the mechanical properties of the designed parts meet the working conditions,which provided the design basis for the arch installation machine.
