一种基于MDS算法的室内Wi-Fi指纹地图构建方法

【摘要】 基于指纹的室内定位的算法具有准确度高,容易部署等特点。利用多维标度算法[2](MDS)分别将楼宇的平面图映射成为标准化位置空间(SPS)和用户采集的Wi-Fi指纹映射成为标准化指纹空间(SFS)。利用采集的特殊的指纹信息(走廊、房门等)通过最小二乘法[6]计算出SFS到SPS的映射关系,建立起Wi-Fi指纹到具体位置的映射,在实际使用依据用户实时采集的Wi-Fi信号通过映射关系得出具体位置。

【Abstract】 Indoor localization method based on fingerprint has the advantage of high precision and easily deploying. Via Multidimensional Scaling(MDS) algorithm, converts a floor plan to Standardized Position Space(SPS), and converts the Wi-Fi fingerprints sampled by users to Standardized Fingerprint Space(SFS). Then utilizes special finger prints(corridor, door etc.) to figure out the mapping relations between SFS and SPS via least square method. In practice, a user can acquire his/her actual position by mapping his/her Wi-Fi signal to SPS.
