【摘要】 目的观察益气调心汤治疗心肾综合征(CRS)患者的临床治疗效果,为临床上改善CRS患者心肾功能提供新思路、新方法。方法将120例被诊断为CRS的患者随机分为中药组60例、西药组60例。西药组给予常规西医方法对症治疗,中药组在其基础上加用益气调心汤口服,2组均治疗28 d。统计2组治疗后临床疗效,观察2组治疗前后6 min步行距离、左室射血分数(LVEF)、脑钠肽(BNP)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)的变化。结果中药组治疗后总有效率明显高于西药组(P <0. 05),中药组治疗后6 min步行距离、LVEF、BNP、SCr、BUN、GFR的值数及NYHA方面均优于西药组(P均<0. 05)。结论益气调心汤治疗CRS疗效更好,可明显改善心肾功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to explore the therapeutic effect of Yiqitiaoxin Decoction in the treatment of cardiorenal syndrome( CRS) of syndrome of deficiency of heart-kidney Yang,in order to find a new therapy or thought for improving cardiac and renal function in the patients with CRS. Methods A total of 120 cases of patients diagnosed as CRS of syndrome of deficiency of heart-kidney Yang were randomly divided into 2 groups: traditional Chinese medicine group( n = 60) and western medicine group( n = 60). The western medicine group was treated with conventional western medicine therapy.The Chinese medicine group were treated with Chinese herbal medicine Yiqitiaoxin Decoction by oral administration based on the western medicine group. Both groups were treated for 28 days. The clinical effect after treatment was evaluated,the changes of 6 minutes walking distances,level of BNP,LVEF,SCr,BUN,GFR and NYHA before and after therapy in both groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group( P < 0. 05). The improvements of 6 minutes walking distances,level of BNP,LVEF,SCr,BUN,GFR in Traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly better than that in western medicine group( P < 0. 05).
