【摘要】 目的观察中药鼻敏方联合盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊治疗肺气虚寒型鼻鼽的临床疗效及对血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、IL-12、IL-25的影响。方法将100例肺气虚寒型鼻鼽患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组给予中药鼻敏方联合盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊口服,对照组给予盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊口服,2组均治疗28 d。观察2组治疗前及治疗14 d、28 d后临床症状体征积分、视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)及血清总IgE、IL-4、IL-12、IL-25水平变化情况,统计2组治疗14 d、28 d后临床疗效,记录治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果治疗14 d后,2组症状体征积分、VAS评分及血清总IgE、IL-4、IL-25水平均明显低于治疗前(P均<0.05),血清IL-12均明显高于治疗前(P均<0.05);治疗28 d后,2组后各指标改善情况均明显优于治疗14 d后(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗28 d后各指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组治疗14 d后总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗28 d后总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药鼻敏方联合盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊治疗肺气虚寒型鼻鼽患者疗效优于单纯西医治疗,且可显著上调IL-12的表达,明显下调IL-4、IL-25的表达,从而纠正Th1/Th2细胞因子网络失衡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Bimin Formula combined with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Capsules on allergic rhinitis of lung-QI asthenia-cold type and its influence on IL-4、IL-12、IL-25. Methods 100 patients with inclusive criterial of lung-QI asthenia-cold type were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. The patients were treated with Bimin Formula combined with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Capsules in the observation group,and with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Capsules only in the control group,both groups were treated for 28 days. The clinical symptoms and signs integral,visual analog scale( VAS) score,and the change of serum allergen IgE,IL-4,IL-12,IL-25 levels before and after 14 days and 28 days of treatment were observed,the total effective rate of treated for 14 days and 28 days were calculated,and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results After treatment for 14 days,the symptoms and signs integral,VAS score and serum allergen IgE,IL-4,IL-12,IL-25 levels were significantly decreased and IL-12 levels were significantly increased in the two groups( all P < 0. 05); after treated for 28 days,the improvement of above indicators was significantly better than that treated for 14 days( all P <0. 05),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significantly difference in total effective rate after 14 days of treatment between the two groups( P > 0. 05),but the total effective rate of the observation group after treated for 28 days was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significantly difference in adverse reactions between two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Bimin Formula combined with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Capsules on allergic rhinitis of lung-QI asthenia-cold type is better than that of simple western medicine,it can up-regulate the expression of IL-12 significantly,and down-regulate the expression of IL-4 and IL-25,to correct the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cytokine network.更多还原
