【摘要】 区域创新已成为当前区域发展与规划的前沿热点,而空间协同是提升区域创新水平的重要路径。本研究在既有成果的基础上提出"3C"综合区域协同创新系统绩效的评估框架,并以长江中游城市群28个地级市为实证案例,从3个层面观察研究长江中游城市群协同创新系统的特征和属性,主要结论有:①3C理论是一个互为因果的动态框架,对城市群协同创新系统的分析与研究有一定适用性。②长江中游城市群各城市创新能力差距较大,存在"中部塌陷"现象;城市群创新网络联系较弱,网络空间上呈现不均衡三角形结构;创新协同网络层次、节点较少,空间结构不明显。③3C评价结果显示3个次级城市群发展困境不同,应制定不同的创新发展策略。④3C结构是一个非线性发展过程,从低水平扩展到开放式均衡发展,若发展不均则进入过均衡式发展阶段。更多还原

【Abstract】 The regional collaborative innovation has been the focus of the current regional development and planning, where spatial cooperation is an important way to enhance regional innovation. This study,on the basis of existing research results, proposed 3 C comprehensive evaluation framework of regional collaborative innovation system, took 31 cities of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River as the case and observed the characteristics and properties of the system. Conclusions are as follows:① The comprehensive framework of 3 C is suitable for the analysis and research on the collaborative innovation structure of urban agglomeration. ② There is large discrepancy in innovative capability of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, and the problem of central sunken is serious; The connection network of urban agglomeration is weak. An unbalanced triangular structure is presented in the spatial network; The collaboration network has fewer network nodes and levels, and the spatial structure is not obvious. ③ The development dilemma of the three sub urban agglomeration is different, so policymakers should make different strategies for innovation development.④ The 3 C structure is a nonlinear development process from the low level extension to the open balanced development. If the development is unfavorable, it will enter a stage of over balanced development.更多还原
