【摘要】 目的:探讨自我管理模式在人工全髋关节置换术(THR)术后家庭康复训练中对患者自我管理能力、生活质量及康复效果的影响。方法:收治行THR患者50例,随机平分两组。常规组患者接受常规出院指导与电话回访,试验组在此基础上实施自我管理模式干预,观察并对比两组患者自我管理能力、生活质量及康复效果的差异性。结果:干预后,两组患者自我管理能力评分、Harris髋关节评分较干预前明显上升,且试验组评分明显高于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者生活质量评分较干预前明显改善,且试验组评分改善情况明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:THR患者出院后家庭康复训练过程中对患者实施自我管理模式干预,可明显促进患者自我管理能力和生活质量提升,加速其髋关节功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of self-management model on self-management ability,quality of life and rehabilitation effect in family rehabilitation training after total hip replacement(THR).Methods:50 patients with THR were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups equally,the routine group received routine discharge guidance and telephone return visit,and the experimental group received self-management intervention on the basis of the routine group,the differences in self-management ability,quality of life and rehabilitation effects between the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of self-management ability and Harris hip joint of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of self-management mode in the family rehabilitation training of THR patients after discharge can obviously promote the self-management ability and quality of life,and accelerate the recovery of hip joint function.更多还原
