【摘要】 目的:探讨二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病并高脂血症的疗效。方法:收治2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组采取二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病并高脂血症疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the curative effect of metformin combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia.Methods:120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was treated with metformin,the observation group was treated with metformin combined with acarbose,and we compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of metformin combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia was significant.更多还原
