【摘要】 目的:探讨局部小针刀微创治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的疗效。方法:收治PHN患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用毫针围刺治疗,治疗组采用小针刀微创治疗。比较两组效果。结果:治疗组治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:小针刀微创可松解疱疹累及的脊神经节段及皮损区粘连带,治疗PHN,具有较高治疗效果,可以有效缓解患者疼痛感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of local small needle scalpel in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:90 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with filiform needling and the treatment group was treated with small needle knife.Results:The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The minimally invasive needle knife has a high therapeutic effect in treating herpes zoster neuralgia.It can effectively relieve the pain of the patients.更多还原
