【摘要】 目的:探讨诊断性穿刺在普外临床工作中的应用方式及效果。方法:收治诊断性腹腔穿刺患者68例,对所有患者采用诊断性腹腔穿刺法,并通过手术证实,分析符合率。结果:1次穿刺诊断阳性43例,2次穿刺诊断阳性25例。手术阳性率94.1%。结论:诊断性腹腔穿刺术在普外科应用中具有操作简单、安全可靠、应用价值高等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application and effect of diagnostic puncture in general surgery.Methods:68 cases of diagnostic abdominal puncture were performed,all patients were diagnosed by diagnostic abdominal puncture.Results:Once puncture diagnosis was positive in 43 cases,and the twice puncture diagnosis were 25 cases positive diagnosed by puncture in.The positive rate of operation was 94.1%(P>0.05).Conclusion:Diagnostic celiac puncture has the advantages of simple operation,safety and reliability,so it has high application value in the department of general surgery.更多还原
