【摘要】 目的:探讨针康优化技术对老年脑卒中患者平衡功能及社区生活能力的影响。方法:收治脑卒中患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规平衡训练,治疗组给予针康优化技术进行平衡功能训练,比较两组Berg平衡量表(BBS)和Barthel指数(BI)。结果:两组治疗后、治疗前Berg平衡量表、Barthel评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后Berg平衡量表、Barthel评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针康优化技术能提高老年脑卒中患者的平衡功能和社区生活能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation techniques on the balance function and community living ability of elderly patients with stroke.Methods:100 cases of patients with stroke were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given the routine balance training,and the treatment group was given the balance function training with acupuncture and rehabilitation techniques,and the Berg balance scale(BBS) and Barthel index(BI) between the two groups were compared.Results:There was significant difference in the Berg balance scale and Barthel score between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.01). The Berg balance scale and Barthel score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture and rehabilitation technology could improve the balance function and community living ability of elderly patients with stroke.更多还原
