【摘要】 目的:探讨心理健康促进疗法干预对酒依赖患者复饮率和生活质量的影响。方法:收治酒依赖患者70例,分为研究组和对照组,各35例。对照组只给予常规基础护理,研究组在此基础上给予心理健康促进疗法干预。结果:治疗后,研究组GQOLI总分及各因子分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。随访10、18个月复饮率研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理健康促进疗法能提高酒依赖患者的健康信念,对生活充满自信心,降低了患者对酒的复饮率,提高了生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of psychological health promotion therapy on the drinking rate and the quality of life of the patients with alcohol dependence.Methods:70 patients with alcohol dependent were selected,and they were divided into the study group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was only given routine basic nursing,and the study group was given psychological health promotion therapy based on routine nursing.Results:After the treatment,the total score of GQOLI and the scores of all the factors in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).After followed-up for 10 and 18 months,the relapse rate of the study group were lower than of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mental health promotion therapy can improve the health belief of patients with alcohol dependence,full of confidence in life,reduce the rate of relapse and improve the quality of life.更多还原
