【摘要】 目的:探讨肝胆外科住院患者猝死的原因及防治。方法:对8例住院患者猝死的原因进行分析,并在近2年采取了猝死预警措施。结果:心肌梗死、低血压体位改变、呕吐窒息、输液过快致心衰、夹层动脉瘤破裂与猝死有关,细心观察患者脉博、面色、精神状态并进行预警,已2年无猝死病例。结论:充分认识科室住院患者猝死原因和诱因,值班医生在岗过程中及时预警,是降低肝胆外科住院患者猝死率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the causes and prevention of sudden death in the department of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods:The causes of 8 cases of sudden death in hospitalized patients were analyzed,and the early warning measures were taken in the last 2 years.Results:Myocardial infarction,body position change for hypotension,vomiting and asphyxia,liquid too fast to heart failure,ruptured dissecting aneurysm were associated with sudden death,after carefully observe the pulse of the patient,complexion,mental state of early warning,no cases of sudden death in 2 years.Conclusion:As long as we fully understand the causes of sudden death in inpatients in our department,it is the key to reduce the sudden death in inpatients with hepatobiliary surgery if the doctor on duty is alerted in time.更多还原
