【摘要】 目的:探讨三维适形与调强放疗在食管癌患者治疗中的剂量学差异。方法:收治食管癌患者41例,对照组20例给予三维适形放疗,观察组21例给予调强放疗。结果:观察组95%GTV剂量明显高于对照组;且观察组脊髓计划区最高剂量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌治疗中,调强放疗较三维适形放疗来说剂量适形度更优,更能有效保护脊髓。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the difference in dosimetry of three-dimensional conformability and intensity modulated radiation in the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:41 cases of esophageal cancer were selected.The control ghroup(with 20 cases) was treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,while the observation group(with 21 cases) was given intensity modulated radiation therapy.Results:The dose of 95% GTV in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the maximum dose of the spinal cord planned area in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of esophageal cancer,the intensity modulated radiation therapy is better than the three dimensional conformal radiotherapy,and it can protect the spinal cord more effectively.更多还原
