【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of all night finger oxygen saturation monitoring for the elderly patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods:68 patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were treated with dynamic SpO₂ monitoring during night ECG monitoring.Results:The specificity of SpO₂ monitoring and diagnosis of SAHS in the aged all night was 79.5%.Conclusion:All night finger oxygen saturation monitoring has clinical diagnostic value on the elderly patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.更多还原
