【摘要】 目的:探讨牙周基础治疗对2型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者的治疗效果。方法:收治2型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者80例,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规降糖治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用牙周基础治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后菌斑指数、探针深度、附着丧失、沟出血指数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者在常规降糖治疗基础上联合牙周基础治疗,可有效改善牙周炎临床症状,提升口腔清洁度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of periodontal basic therapy on patients with type 2 diabetes with periodontitis.Methods:80 patients with type 2 diabetes and periodontitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,the control group was treated with routine hypoglycemic therapy,and the study group was treated with periodontal basic treatment on the basis of the control group,we compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,after treatment,the index of plaque,the depth of probe,the loss of attachment and the sulcus bleeding index were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of periodontal basic therapy combined with routine hypoglycemic therapy for patients with type 2 diabetes and periodontitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of periodontitis and improve the cleanliness of the mouth.更多还原
