【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜直、乙状结肠切除术经脐取标本及脐再造术的可行性研究。方法:收治腹腔镜直、乙状结肠肿瘤切除经脐取标本及脐再造术患者76例作为试验组,对照组为同期腹腔镜直、乙状结肠肿瘤切除经左下腹5cm切口取标本患者27例。结果:两组手术时间、出血量、吻合口漏、切口感染差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组再造的脐部瘢痕隐蔽,对照组左下腹腹壁5 cm手术瘢痕明显,两组美容效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜直、乙状结肠切除术经脐取标本及脐再造术方法可行,腹部美容效果明显,有临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the feasibility of laparoscopic straight sigmoid resection removing the specimen from the umbilical cord and umbilical reconstruction.Methods:76 patients with laparoscopic straight sigmoid resection removing the specimen from the umbilical cord and umbilical reconstruction were selected as the experimental group,in the control group,27 cases were removed by 5 cm incision in the left lower abdomen by laparoscopic resection of sigmoid colon tumor.Results:There was no significant difference in the operation time,the amount of bleeding,the leakage of the anastomosis and the infection of the incision(P>0.05),the umbilical scar reconstituted in the experimental group was concealed,the cicatricial scar of 5 cm in the left lower abdomen of the control group was obvious,the difference between the two groups of cosmetic effects was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of laparoscopic straight sigmoid resection removing the specimen from the umbilical cord and umbilical reconstruction is feasible,the effect of abdominal cosmetology is obviously of clinical value.更多还原
