【摘要】 目的:探讨宫颈炎康栓治疗宫颈炎临床疗效。方法:收治宫颈炎患者48例,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用干扰素栓阴道给药治疗,研究组采用宫颈炎康栓阴道给药治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组腰骶疼痛消失时间、宫颈糜烂面消失时间、血性白带消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后研究组TNF-α、CRP、IL-10、IL-1β低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈炎康栓治疗宫颈炎临床疗效显著、安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cervicitis Kang suppository in the treatment of cervicitis.Methods:48 patients with cervicitis were chosen,and they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with interferon suppository for vaginal administration,and the study group was treated with cervicitis Kang suppository for vaginal administration.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of lumbosacral pain,the disappearance time of cervical erosion surface and the disappearance time of bloody leucorrhea in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The TNF-alpha,CRP,IL-10 and IL-1 beta after intervention in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of cervicitis Kang suppository in the treatment of cervicitis was significant,and the security was high.更多还原
