三氟化镧纳米微粒在两种基础油中的摩擦学性能研究

【摘要】 采用沉淀法制备了油胺修饰的LaF3(OAm-LaF3)纳米微粒,并对纳米微粒的结构、形貌及组成进行分析.在摩擦试验机上评价了OAm-LaF3在矿物油液体石蜡(LP)和合成酯类油中的摩擦学性能,分析其减摩抗磨作用机制.结果表明,纳米微粒OAm-LaF3在两种基础油中均具有较好的减摩抗磨性能;在LP中的摩擦学性能最优,是由于基础油的理化性质影响添加剂在摩擦副表面的吸附,从而影响了添加剂的性能.

【Abstract】 Lanthanum fluoride nanoparticles with surface modified by oleylamine( OAm-La F3) were prepared by precipitation method,whose structure,shape and components were analyzed. The lubrication performance of the synthesized La F3 nanoparticles as additive in mineral oil liquid paraffin( LP) and synthetic ester oil( DIOS) were investigated with the help of a four – ball machine,and the mechanisms of friction-reducing and anti-wear were discussed. The results showed that the synthesized OAm-La F3 has good friction-reducing and anti-wear in both base oils. Furthermore,the tribological properties in LP is better than that in DIOS,this is because the physical and chemical properties of the base oil affect the adsorption of additive on the surface of the friction pair,thereby affecting the performance of the additive in base oil.
