【摘要】 本文依据特色小城镇政策中提出的"特色"产业规划的重要性,着重研究特色产业规划。基于根植性理论,提出特色小城镇建设的四种根植,分别为:自然资源根植、社会资本根植、地域文化根植、地理位置根植,并且给出每种根植对应适宜发展的产业类型。将住建部公布的第一批127个特色小城镇依据产业类型和地域分布进行根植划分,分析第一批申报的不同地域不同根植类型特色小城镇中存在的发展规律,找寻如何突显出特色小城镇"特色"建设的方法。基于根植性理论结合产业发展特点,从城镇规划角度,指出不同根植类型小镇建设的偏向性,分别对应提出不同根植类型特色小城镇的发展框架。实地调研辽宁省庄河市大郑镇,结合大郑镇当地的资源分布找准根植所在,嵌套根植性理论体系,给出未来规划的指导意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the importance of "characteristic" industrial planning in the featured township policy and embeddedness, this article classifies the first batch of 127 characteristic small town as four types: natural resources, social capital, regional culture and geographical location and gives each embeddedness corresponding to the appropriate type of industry. First of all, this paper divides the first batch of characteristic towns according to industry type and geographical distribution, analysis the development laws and finds out how to highlight the characteristics of towns. Secondly, Based on embeddedness combined with the characteristics of industrial development, from the perspective of urban planning, this paper points out the bias of the construction of different embeddedness, corresponding to the development framework. Last but not least, this paper gives an example of Dazheng town, Zhuanghe city, Liaoning province, identifies the embeddedness of Dazheng town combining with the local resource and gives some guidance for future planning according to the theoretical system of embeddedness.更多还原
