This study investigated the effect of proliferation of cervical cancer cells Siha and Caski after knockdown HOXA7 gene in vitro. Then HOXA7 gene si-RNA was stably transfected into Siha and Caski cells, respectively. The effects of RNA interference were identified by RT-PCR and Western blot.
