【摘要】 目的探讨奥氮平改善老年痴呆患者精神行为障碍的效果。方法使用随机数字表法将82例伴有精神行为障碍的老年痴呆患者均分为2组(n=41),研究组用奥氮平,对照组用利培酮,对比2组患者治疗前后的BEHAVE-AD评分、MESSS评分、脂代谢指标及药物不良反应情况。结果治疗2周、1和2个月后,研究组的BEHAVE-AD评分均显著低于对照组;治疗2个月后的MESSS评分也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的FPG、TC和TG水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为95.12%,显著高于对照组(80.49%)。研究组锥体外系反应、失眠和易激惹症状发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论用奥氮平治疗伴有精神行为障碍的老年痴呆患者,能有效延缓记忆力衰退、减轻精神行为障碍,其临床疗效显著,药物不良反应少,但会对机体脂代谢产生一定影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of olanzapine in the treatment of senile dementia on patients with mental disorders.Methods 82 senile dementia patients with psychotic disorders were divided into 2 groups(n=41)using random number table method.The study group was treated with olanzapine and the control group was treated with risperidone.The BEHAVE-AD score,MESSS score,lipid metabolism and drug side effects between the 2 groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The BEHAVE-AD scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 2 weeks,1 and 2 months after treatment,and the MESSS score after 2 months of treatment was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPG,TC and TG in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.12%in the study group,significantly higher than the control group(80.49%).The incidence of extrapyramidal,insomnia and irritability was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Olanzapine treatment of senile dementia with mental disorders can effectively delay memory loss and reduce mental disorders.The clinical efficacy is significant and the side effects are less,but it will affect the body fat metabolism.更多还原
