正交实验优化厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的提取工艺
Optimization of the extraction process of magnolol and honokiol by orthogonal experimental design
【摘要】 目的对厚朴中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的提取工艺进行正交优化。方法通过单因素实验,确定实验因素与水平;采用正交实验设计法优化厚朴中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的提取工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺条件:提取液pH值为8,乙醇体积分数为65%,液料比为5∶1,提取次数为2次。结论该提取工艺操作简便、提取效率高,可为工业化生产提供参考。
【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the extraction process of magnolol and honokiol in Cortex Magnoliae officinalis.Methods Single factor experiments were conducted to determine the experimental factors and levels.Orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the extraction conditions of magnolol and honokiol in Cortex Magnoliae officinalis.Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the extraction liquid pH was 8,the ethanol volume fraction was 65%,the liquid material ratio was 5∶1,and the extraction times were 2 times.Conclusion The extraction process is easy to operate and has high extraction efficiency,which can provide reference for industrial production.
