【摘要】 目的探讨基于胸痛中心微信群组模式进行远程医学教育的应用及效果。方法选择来自我院胸痛中心29个小微信群组的725名基层医生为研究组,来自我院心血管大群的484名基层医生为对照组。我们制定和细化了继续教育课程内容。每三周在研究组和对照组的微信群中推送继续教育课程,并组织讨论。所有课程结束后发放满意度调查问卷和考核试题。最后分析群活动、满意度、试题分数来评价效果。结果研究组的群活动包括累计阅读量、活动度、答题量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。而且,研究组的满意度明显高于对照组。两组的试题平均分都达到了60分以上,而研究组的平均分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信群的远程医学教育是继续医学教育的有效形式,相较于传统的超大微信群,基于胸痛中心的小微信群组模式的远程医学教育,效果更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application and effects of distance medical education based on WeChat small group model of chest pain center(CPC).Methods 725 primary doctors from 29 WeChat small groups in CPC of our hospital were selected as the study group,and 484 doctors from the large cardiovascular group of our hospital as the control group.The contents of continuing education curriculum were formulated and refined.The continuing education courses were pushed for learning and discussion every three weeks in the research and control WeChat groups.After the end of the courses,satisfaction questionnaires and examination questions were distributed.Finally,group activities,degree of satisfaction and test scores were analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness.Results The group activities of the study group,including the cumulative reading frequencies,the group activity rate and the paper recovery rate,were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the group satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group.The average score of the examination in both groups reached more than 60 points,among which was obviously higher in study group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Distance medical education based on WeChat group is an effective form of continuing medical education.Compared with the traditional super-large WeChat group,the effect of distance medical education based on small WeChat group model of CPC is better.更多还原
