【摘要】 目的了解订单定向免费医学生思想政治教育的现状及特点。方法采用自制的调查问卷,采取普查的方式,对广西三所院校2015~2017届临床医学专业订单定向医学毕业生586人进行调查,应用SPSS17.0对数据进行统计分析。结果免费医学生主要生源为农村优秀学生,近一半学生在校期间曾发生过心理问题,毕业生对学校的思想政治教育评价结果均介于一般至不到位之间,有一半的学生表示曾出现违约想法。结论学生定向就业压力大,学习动力不足,专业认同感不强,建议建立退出和转入机制,多渠道了解学生思想动态,将人文素质教育融入课堂,加强政策宣传。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the current status and characteristics of rural-oriented tuition-waived medical students.Methods The self-administered questionnaire was used and total 586 order-based graduates were investigated in three medical colleges of Guangxi from 2015 to 2017,and SPSS17.0 was used for data analysis.Results The result showed that order-based students mainly come from countryside,and nearly half of students have had psychological problems while in school.Graduates were not satisfied with the ideological and political education effects,and half of graduates once wanted to break the contract.Conclusion High employment pressure,lacking of learning motivation and professional identity were the main problems for students.The authors suggest that medical colleges need to establish exit and transfer mechanisms,understanding of students’ thinking by multi-channel,integrate humane quality education into the classroom,and strengthen policy advocacy.更多还原
