【摘要】 目的研究案例中心教学法(CBL)结合客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)模式在血液科临床实习教学中的效果。方法选择西安交通大学2012级本科临床专业进入血液科临床实习的学生120名,随机分为对照组60名和实验组60名。实验组采用CBL结合OSCE模式教学,对照组采用传统教学方法。期未统一考试评价两组学生病例分析成绩,并问卷调查学生对两种教学模式的满意度以及实验组学生对CBL联合OSCE教学模式的评价。结果实验组病例分析考试成绩为(46.3±3.2)分,高于对照组的(42.3±3.3)分(P<0.05)。实验组学生对教学模式满意程度显著高于对照组学生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生对CBL+OSCE教学模式评价均较高,90%的学生认为此种教学模式适合自己。结论 CBL+OSCE教学模式在血液科临床教学中的应用效果优于传统教学模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)model in the clinical practice teaching in Department of Hematology.Methods A total of 120 five-year clinical students in the grade 2016 of Xi’an Jiaotong University were enrolled in clinical teaching practice in Department of Hematology and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group was taught by CBL combined with OSCE mode,and the traditional teaching method was used in the control group.After the end of the semester,the scores of two groups of students were tested in the unified case analysis test.The questionnaires were used to investigate the students’ satisfaction with the two teaching models and the students’ evaluation of the CBL combined OSCE teaching model in the experimental group.Results The test score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(46.3 + 3.2 vs.42.3+3.3,P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group have a higher evaluation of the CBL +OSCE teaching model,and 90% of the students think this teaching mode is suitable for them.Conclusion The application effect of CBL+OSCE teaching mode in clinical teaching in Department of Hematology is better than that of traditional teaching mode.更多还原
