【摘要】 目的了解西安交通大学医学生文献检索及阅读分析能力的现状,分析原因,探索提升医学生专业文献检索及阅读分析能力的方法。方法采用调查问卷的方式,对西安交通大学2013级121名医学生和2014级320名医学生进行专业文献检索及阅读分析能力调研;针对调研发现的问题进行专题讲座及实践训练;对比分析接受培训与否对学生文献检索与阅读能力的影响。结果对专业数据库缺乏了解是造成医学生文献检索能力不足的主要原因;对专业文献结构不清楚是制约学生阅读理解文献的问题之一;参与专题讲座及实践培训后学生的文献检索及阅读能力明显高于未参加专题讲座及实践培训前(P<0.05)。结论医学生文献检索与阅读能力较低;针对性的专题讲座及实践培训能够提高学生的文献检索与阅读能力,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the professional literature retrieving and reading ability in the medical students in Xi’an Jiaotong University,analyze the reason,and investigate the improvement method.Methods A questionnaire was conducted in 121 medical students of 2013 grade and 320 medical students of 2014 grade in medical school of Xi’an Jiaotong University.Special lectures and organized group training on the found problems were carried out.Whether the special lectures and organized group training could improve students’ the literature retrieving and reading ability was further surveyed.Results The main reason for medical students’ literature retrieving and reading vulnerability is due to the lack of information on medical data resources.Students do not understand professional literature structure is one of the problems for reading comprehension.Compare with normal students,students which attend special lectures and organized group training have higher literature retrieving and reading ability(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical students have low ability in literature retrieving and reading.Special lectures and organized group training can improve students’ ability in these parts.This method can be widely used.更多还原
