【Abstract】 With the development of the economy, the scale of the city is gradually expanding. In order to solve the traffic problems,the construction of subway projects is increasing. However, the construction process of subway project is complicated, and it is faced with many problems, such as short time, long period, large construction difficulty coefficient and many construction nodes.Subway construction affects the development of urban economy invisibly, so it is very important to ensure the safety of subway construction process.
