2006—2015年河南省植被PNP时空变化及其与气候因子的关系
Spatio-temporal variation characteristics of vegetation net primary productivity and its relationship with climate factors in Henan Province from 2006 to 2015
【摘要】 利用MODIS MOD17A3遥感数据及气温、降水等气象数据,基于ArcGIS,采用克里金插值、线性回归分析与相关性分析等方法,研究河南省2006—2015年植被PNP的时空变异特征、变化趋势,与气温、降水量的关系及PNP变化驱动分区.结果表明,空间上,河南省PNP均值呈南高北低分布,不同类型植被的PNP均值梯度明显,常绿阔叶林>混交林>常绿针叶林>落叶阔叶林>灌丛>农田>草地>落叶针叶林,且变化速率呈明显的空间地域性差异特征;时间上,近10年河南省植被年C变化范围为357425g·m-2,平均值为392g·m-2;年均PNP拟合非线性方程呈先降后升变化趋势,表现为明显的周期起伏特征;植被PNP与气温、降水的相关性均表现出明显的地域差异,且不同植被类型对气候因素的响应也不同.雨季均温、降水量与整个研究区年PNP总量相关系数分别为0.524,0.783,说明降水是河南省限制植物生长的最主要气候因子;河南省植被PNP主要受气候因素驱动的区域约占25%,主要分布在豫西山地、黄淮平原等地区.
【Abstract】 Using the remote sensing data of MODIS MOD17A3 and the meteorological data such as temperature and precipitation,on the base of ArcGIS,taking Kriging interpolation,linear regression analysis,correlation analysis and significance test methods,this paper studied the spatio-temporal variation characteristics and the change rate of PNP,and its relationships with temperature and precipitation,and analyzed the change of PNPdriving the zoning in Henan Province from 2006 to 2015.The results showed that,from the aspect of space,in the last 10 years of Henan Province,the average of PNPis south high north low distribution.For different vegetation types,net primary productivity decreased in the order of evergreen broadleaf forest, mixed forests,evergreen needleleaf forest,deciduous broadleaf forest,shrubland,farmland,grassland,deciduous needleleaf forest. And the change rate of PNPis obviously regional spatial difference.From the aspect of time,in the past 10 years of Henan Province,the average annual PNPis 357425 g·m-2 C,and the mean value is 392 g·m-2 C,which is a the first drop after rise trend,showing the obvious characteristics of periodic fluctuation.The correlation of vegetation PNP with temperature and precipitation shows obvious regional differences,and different vegetation types respond differently to climatic factors.The correlation coefficients of the average temperature and precipitation in the rainy season with the annual PNPtotal of the whole study area are 0.524 and 0.783,respectively,indicating that precipitation is the most important climatic factor that limits plant growth in Henan Province.The PNP of vegetation in Henan Province is mainly driven by climate factors in about 25%,which mainly distributed in the western mountains and Huang-Huai plain.The study will guide the ecological environment construction and economic development in Henan Province.
