【摘要】 提升劳动者主观获得感,是贯彻共享发展理念、体现对劳动者主体地位的尊重并不断满足其美好生活需要的现实要求。通过对劳动者主观获得感状况进行抽样调查,运用结构方程模型分析法,实证分析了其内在结构与逻辑机理。结论如下:第一,探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析结果表明,经济生活、政治生活、文化生活、社会生活和生态文明这五个潜变量对劳动者主观获得感有显著影响,各变量之间均存在显著的两两正相关关系。数据分析结果基本上都支持在探索性研究基础上提出的所有假设,模型和数据的拟合程度较好;第二,在分类评价指标中,社会生活权重最高,其次为文化生活,表明这两方面对劳动者主观获得感的影响最大。更多还原

【Abstract】 To enhance the subjective sense of acquisition of the laborer is to implement the concept of shared development,reflect the respect for the status of the laborer and constantly meet the needs of a better life. Through the sampling investigation of the laborer’s subjective sense of acquisition and the structural equation model analysis,the paper empirically analyzes its internal structure and logical mechanism. The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis show that the five latent variables of economic life,political life,cultural life,social life and ecological civilization have a significant impact on the subjective sense of acquisition of the laborer. There is a significant positive correlation between each variable. The results of data analysis basically support all the hypotheses put forward on the basis of exploratory research. The model and data fit well. Secondly,the social life has the highest weight,followed by cultural life. It shows that these two aspects have the greatest influence on the subjective sense of acquisition of the laborer. Relevant departments should be based on focused attention.更多还原
