少铬鞣黄牛纳帕鞋面革的生产工艺探讨

【摘要】 探讨了基于无铬多金属配合物鞣剂的少铬鞣黄牛纳帕鞋面革生产工艺,其采用1%阳离子加脂剂进行鞣前预处理;12%无铬多金属配合鞣剂与2%铬鞣剂进行鞣制;8%无铬多金属配合鞣剂进行复鞣。该工艺鞣制得到的蓝湿革收缩温度高于95℃;成品革收缩温度超过100℃。铬污染较常规工艺小,理化性能与感官性能均符合行业标准,是一种生态环保的实用工艺。

【Abstract】 The production process of cattle nappa shoe upper leather including pre-tanning,tanning and retanning were discussed in this paper.The optimal parametersof the less-chrome tanning have been obtained pre-tanning by 1%cationic oil,tanning by 12%free-chrome compound metal complex tanning agentsand 2%chrome tanning agents,and retanning by 8%free-chrome compound metal complex tanning agents.Asa result,the shrinkage temperature of wet blue leather and finished leather were higher than 95℃ and 100℃ respectively,and the chromium pollution wasless,the physical and mechanical propertiesand sensory propertiesof finished leather were better than traditional process.The less-chrome tanning technology wasa cleaner manufacturing technique which meetsindustry standards.
