【摘要】 目的:探讨脊柱结核患者中医证候与血液炎性因子指标的相关性。方法:选取我院2015-01~2017-06收治的80例脊柱结核患者,按中医证候分型,分为阳虚痰凝组、阴虚内热组和肝肾亏虚组,检测3组血液炎性因子白细胞(WBC)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,比较研究中医证候分型与上述指标的差异及相关性。结果:IL-6、ESR、CRP水平阳虚痰凝组<阴虚内热组<肝肾亏虚组,两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。WBC水平阴虚内热组<阳虚痰凝组<肝肾亏虚组,但两两比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脊柱结核患者中医证候分型与血液炎性因子指标间存在一定的相关性,IL-6、ESR、CRP指标变化对脊柱结核中医证候分型诊断客观化有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the correlation between traditional chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and blood inflammatory factors in patients with spinal tuberculosis.Methods:Eighty cases of spinal tuberculosis were investigated in hospital from January 2015 to June 2017,according to TCM syndrome types were divided into Yang deficiency group,Yin deficiency group,liver and kidney deficiency group.The levels of blood inflammatory factor WBC,IL-6,ESR and CRP were measured,the difference and correlation between TCM syndromes and blood index were analyzed.Results:The levels of IL-6,ESR and CRP in liver and kidney deficiency group were higher than those in Yang deficiency group and Yin deficiency group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The level of WBC in liver and kidney deficiency group were higher than that in Yin deficiency group and Yang deficiency group,the difference was not statistically significant between two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:TCM syndrome is correlated with blood inflammatory factors in patients with spinal tuberculosis.The changes of IL-6,ESR and CRP indexes can provide scientific guidance for diagnosis of TCM syndromes in spinal tuberculosis.更多还原
