目的拟探讨8周有氧运动调控棕色脂肪(BAT)中VEGF通路相关蛋白以抵抗高脂膳食对机体不良影响的可能机制。方法 7周龄雄性SD大鼠50只,随机分为普通膳食组(N组,n=14,饲喂维持饲料)和高脂膳食组(H组,n=36,饲喂高脂饲料)。饲喂10周后,N组随机分为普通对照组(NC组,n=7)和普通运动组(NE组,n=7); H组随机分为高脂对照组(HC组,n=7)和高脂运动组(HE组,n=7)。NE与HE组进行8周中等强度有氧跑台运动干预。干预结束后对比各组大鼠体成分和肩胛间棕色脂肪湿重;测试血清甘油三酯和胆固醇含量; RT-qPCR检测BAT中血管内皮生长因子a(VEGFa)及其受体(KDR/Flk-1)、环氧合酶2(COX2) mRNA表达水平; Western Blot检测BAT中VEGFa、KDR/Flk-1、COX2、解偶联蛋白1 (UCP1)、肾上腺素能受体β3 (Adrβ3)和磷脂酰肌醇磷脂酶Cγ(PLCγ)蛋白表达水平。结果 (1)有氧运动可显著降低普通和高脂大鼠的体重、体脂含量和血脂水平;提高BAT含量和BAT占体脂量的百分比(BAT%);(2)有氧运动可提高VEGFa、KDR/Flk-1、CO...
