基于ARIMA模型的陕西省能源消费及其控制研究
Research on the Energy Consumption and Control in Shaanxi Province Based on ARIMA Model
【摘要】 利用ARIMA模型对陕西省2003—2020年能源消费状况及其发展进行了分析预测。结果发现:近年来陕西省能源消费结构不尽合理,具体表现为:能源消费总量大,生态环境污染严重;能源消费增速较快,煤炭消费比重过高;工业能源消费量过大,对陕西省节能降耗带来较大压力。进而从政府和产业两个层面提出了控制陕西省能源消费的具体措施,以使陕西省成为我国能源装备大省,满足陕西省经济的持续快速增长。
【Abstract】 ARIMA model was used to analyze and predicate the situation and the development of energy consumption in Shaanxi Province from 2003 to 2020. The results show that the energy consumption structure of Shaanxi Province in recent years is not reasonable. To be specific,the total energy consumption is large,while the ecological environmental pollution is severe; the growth of energy consumption is rapid,but the proportion of coal consumption is high; industrial energy consumption is too large so that it caused great pressure on energy conservation in Shaanxi Province. Finally,concrete measures to control energy consumption were put forward from the aspects of government and industries in Shaanxi Province,which would make Shaanxi become one big province of energy equipment,satisfying the sustainable rapid increase of Shaanxi economy.
