【摘要】 创新是引领发展的第一动力,是建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑。培养具有创新精神和实践能力的专门人才是大学的基本任务,而目前大学培养出来的学生创新能力不够强,不能高质量地满足国家创新驱动发展战略和经济社会发展需要。基于此,进一步探讨考试制度的改革路径,创新考试方法和模式,应当成为实现创新人才培养目标、提高教学质量的切入点。针对高校思想政治理论课的特点以及教学方法和考试方式存在的问题,应当采取开卷考试的方式,并对开卷考试的成绩体系进行评估,提出在创新人才培养理念下开卷考试成绩考核实施方案,确定开卷考试成绩考核与评估体系的原则、基本框架,并认真组织各项实践活动,定会收到良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovation is the foremost driving force for the development and construction of a modern economic system. It is the basic mission for the university to cultivate specialized talents with innovative spirit and practical ability. However,the current situation is that students cultivated by the university are lack of innovative ability to meet the needs of national innovation-driven development strategy and economic as well as social development. Based on this situation,further exploring the reform path of the examination system and innovating test methods should be the critical point to achieve the goal of innovative talent training and improve the quality of teaching. In view of the characteristics of college ideological and political theory course and the problems existing in teaching and examination methods,we should not only adopt the open-book examination and evaluate its grading system. Meanwhile,we should propose the implementation plan for the evaluation of open-book examination under the concept of innovative talent training,and confirm the principles and basic framework of the performance evaluation and assessment system for the open-book examinations.
