【Abstract】 The cultivation of innovative talents is not only a matter of school,but also a social system project,which has a very close relationship with the society,education,and personal qualities. The society needs to form a loose mechanism to promote the emergence of innovative talents. University should produce an education model that is beneficial to innovative talents. Individuals can generate intrinsic innovation motives,and society can build an effective environment for the growth of innovative talents finally. The innovation is not only an individual’s ability,but also a system.
