【摘要】 通过对应用心理学专业毕业生的问卷调查和用人单位的访谈,发现该专业主要存在以下问题:实践性不突出;部分专业课实践教学开出不足;师资队伍实践技能欠缺;实践课程之间缺乏有效衔接,不能形成合力等。因此,建议在实践课程中形成若干个课程群进行建设。实践课程群建设应从实践教学团队建设、教师职业技能培养、课程联动改革等方面入手。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through questionnaire of graduates and interviews with employers,the main problems in Applied Psychology major are the following: 1) lack of practicality; 2) insufficient offering of mandatory practicum courses; 3)teachers’ lack of practical skills; 4) absence of connections among practicum courses. Therefore,this paper recommends forming a series of practicum courses in the curriculum,which should focus on teaching team construction,cultivation of teachers’ professional skills and reform of inter-connections within the practicum curriculum.更多还原
