【摘要】 采用调查问卷及访谈等方式,对参加"陕西省中学数学骨干教师培训"的受训教师,以及西安市部分中学数学骨干教师进行了培训需求调查,从教师自身专业发展需求、培训内容需求、培训师资需求、培训愿景等方面给出了具体的建议及意见,对今后各级各类教师培训课程的设计和实施提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of questionnaire and interview,the training needs of the teachers who participated in"Training for Mathematics Teachers in Middle School of Shaanxi Province"and a number of key teachers in middle schools of Xi’an have been investigated. Specific suggestions and opinions were given in the aspects of teachers’ needs in professional development,training content,training teachers and training vision.
