基于DEFORM-3D的GCr15轴承钢车削残余应力的仿真研究
Simulation analysis of residual stress in turning GCr15 bearing steel based on DEFORM-3D
【摘要】 利用DEFORM-3D仿真软件对GCr15轴承钢的车削外圆工艺进行有限元仿真,通过改变5个切削参数来模拟切削参数对GCr15轴承钢车削外圆工艺后残余应力的影响,得到切削参数对残余应力分布的影响趋势。最后,对GCr15轴承钢进行沿深度方向的残余应力测量实验,验证了仿真结果的有效性。
【Abstract】 The DEFORM-3Dsimulation software is used to simulate the turning process of the GCr15 bearing steel,and to simulate the effect of cutting parameters on residual stresses in the GCr15 bearing steel turning process by changing 5cutting parameters,with the influence trend of cutting parameters on residual stress distribution obtained.Finally,the experiment on measuring the residual stress along the depth direction of GCr15 bearing steel proves the validity of the simulational results.
