【Abstract】 To realize the transformation of parts of the undergraduate course colleges and universities development, is not only adapted to our country economy development the new normal, melt into the overall deployment of industrial transformation and upgrading and innovation driven development and global demand, but also comprehensive universities enhance the connotation of service regional economic and social development and talent training quality of strategic opportunities and inevitable choice.
