【摘要】 中国石化武汉分公司重整装置四合一加热炉F-203采用合同能源管理模式进行了强化传热改造,改造后的加热炉F-203节能16.48%,节能效果明显,在相同工艺条件下每开满一年可节约燃料费用近200万元,经济效益显著。目前已完成合同能源管理模式的整个合同周期,为今后执行相关模式操作提供了有益的经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enhanced heat transfer modification is carried out by Energy Management Contract(EMC) Mode on the "four-in-one" furnace F-203 of Reforming Unit in Sinopec Wuhan Company. After modification, energy-saving of the furnace F-203 is remarkable, and energy-saving rate reaches 16.48%. Economical profit is also significant. Under the same conditions, nearly 2 million yuan can be saved in fuel costs. Now the whole contract period of the Energy Management Contract Mode has been completed, which provides good experiences for future operations.更多还原
