非编码RNA在炎症性肠病中的研究进展

【摘要】 非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA)是一类由基因组序列转录形成,但不具备蛋白质合成功能的RNA。根据分子链长度不同,ncRNA可分为长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA;≥200bp)和短链非编码R NA(shor tnon-codingR NA;<200bp)。其中,短链非编码R NA又分为微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)、内源性小干扰RNA(small interfering RNA,siRNA)和PiRNA(PIWIinterferingRNA)等。目前发现多种miRNA和lncRNA在炎症性肠病患者肠黏膜组织和外周血细胞中表达异常,与肠黏膜炎症发生发展密切相关,为炎症性肠病临床诊断和靶向治疗研究提供了新的方向。

【Abstract】 Non-coding RNA(ncRNA) is a group of RNA that is transcribed from genomic sequences but does not have any protein synthesis function. According to the length of the molecular chain, ncRNAs can be divided into long non-coding RNA(lncRNA, ≥200 bp) and short non-coding RNA(<200 bp). Short non-coding RNAs include microRNA(miRNA), endogenous small interfering RNA(siRNA), and PiRNA(PIWI-interfering RNA). Many miRNAs and lncRNAs have been found to be aberrant expressed in intestinal mucosa and peripheral blood cells in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD), and are closely correlated with the development of intestinal mucosal inflammation. These findings provide new insights on the clinical diagnosis and targeted therapy of inflammatory bowel disease.
