【摘要】 《正体类要》是明代薛己撰写的中医骨伤科专著。其注重气血、脏腑关系,发展了骨伤科的内治法。《正体类要》在瘀血的处理上总体以补养气血,适时祛瘀,随"邪"治之为治疗原则。在瘀血证的治疗上分期论治:初期先去其标,伤在外者,采用外科的治法对创口进行清理,如用针砭、熨帖等,伤在内者,多攻下逐瘀,以承气汤类方、花蕊石散为用;中后期以内服补养气血的汤药为主,活用六君子汤、八珍汤、十全大补汤、小柴胡汤。在治疗上做到圆机活法,辨证施治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Classification and Treatment of Traumatic Diseases,written by XUE Ji in the Ming Dynasty,is a monograph on orthopedics and traumatology of Chinese Medicine. The relationships were explained more clearly between Qi and blood,Zang and Fu in this book. And the internal therapy of orthopedics department was also developed through author’ s medical records. The common blood-stasis treatments are enriching Qi and blood,removing blood stasis timely and treatment accompied with pathogen. XUE Ji claims that the blood-stasis therapy changes according to the stages of the patients. At the early stage,he suggests that doctors should cure the symptoms firstly. If the patient’s wound is an external one,the author advises that doctors should use the surgical method to clean the wound,such as acupuncture,Yutie. If it is an internal one,the author advises that the doctors should eliminate the patient’ s blood-stasis by catharsis to prescribe the patient for Chengqi Decoction and Ophicalcite Powder. At a mid-term and advanced stage,doctors’ prescriptions should be focused on enriching Qi and blood,such as Liujunzi Decoction,Bazhen Decoction,Shiquan Dabu Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction. It is required that the doctors should have a solid theoretical foundation in traditional Chinese medicine with great judgments. And they must diagnose with treatment the illness,based on an overall analysis of it and the patient’s condition.更多还原
