【摘要】 职业教育校企合作离不开政府的作用。湖南省的主要做法是完善法律法规,统筹专业规划与布局;发挥省级职教项目申报导向作用,组建职教集团搭建校企合作平台;举办全省职业教育宣传活动周,组织职业院校学生专业技能竞赛和专业技能抽查。存在的主要问题是认识上有误区,法律体系仍不完善,政府职能缺位与错位并存。政府应该重视中小企业的作用,简政放权,激发校企双方活力与动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Governments plays an indispensable role in school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education. This paper first introduces the measures adopted by governments at all levels in Hunan Province, which are improvement of laws and regulations, an overall planning of specialties to be offered, guidance in provinciallevel vocational education research program applications, construction of vocational education groups and school-enterprise cooperation platforms, organization of provincial-level vocational education publicity week,and organization of student professional skill competitions and spot checks. It then points out the main problems:mistaken ideas, imperfect legal system, absence and misplacement of government functions. Finally, it proposes that governments should attach importance to small and medium-sized enterprises, streamline administration and delegate powers, and make schools and enterprises more vital and motivated.更多还原
